The project takes as a starting point the Acadèmia de Belles de Sant Jordi de Barcelona: the first school of fine arts in the city. The Reial Acadèmia has an important collection, library and archive. We will focus on the archive and activate two activities. The first one will consist of looking, commenting and questioning, with current students, the teaching of fine arts by analysing the academic plan of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries; and the second, will be a virtual activity with the collaboration of the artist Abel Jaramillo that will consist of bringing to light the shadows. We will show those documents which have been marginal, disappeared or which no longer exist. We will try to look at the documents differently and see images in words. The results of this activity will be materialized in a small publication.
