Tiffany Whittaker is a designer and cultural/creative mediator who graduated from Adolfo Ibáñez University in Santiago de Chile. She was part of the ephemeral installation, performance and exhibition team at the Chilean architecture studio CQ for several years before moving to Spain, where she completed her Masters in Ephemeral Architecture and Temporary Spaces at Elisava. In recent years, she has focused on the active implementation of participatory government programmes in her country of birth, working with teams in communities in vulnerable contexts, while producing cultural and social projects such as the mural “Luz en el Agua” (Metro 21, Chile) and exhibitions such as “73 Barcelones” (Model Festival de Arquitectures, Barcelona). Throughout her evolving career, Tiffany has ventured across a wide range of experiences, including cultural management, curatorial and experimental projects, ephemeral architecture, and involvement in non-profit initiatives within her hometown in Latin America and the local Catalan and European community.
