This is an invitation to a circular dialogue with a changing center. Over the last few months, we have drifted through different processes of creation with a focus on ways of editing, printing, and disseminating.
Between the patient conversational logic of snail mail and the mass production and distribution of Lumbung Press*, we developed a series of conversations mediated on paper and the uncertainties of time and waiting. They touch on issues such as the relationship with the time of messages, the contrast with immediate digital communication, the matter of paper and ink, and, as a final piece, a performative action on the terrain of gentrification and tourism in Barcelona.
The format of the session is conversational and horizontal, where the public is invited to participate or remain a listener. We will also be printing together with Lumbung Press one of the two posters of the project, which we hope you will take home and hopefully end up circulating through letterboxes.
